This week, Tsunami Airsoft, introduced their own branded Airsoft ammo, called Tsunami BB. Though its initial introduction can be considered a soft launch, over the next few months, Tsunami promises an aggressive marketing campaign to gain exposure in the Airsoft ammo market dominated by Excel, Tokyo Marui, and Airsoft Elite. Details of the campaign have yet to be disclosed, but we are sure that you'll be seeing many Tsunami sponsorships and banners at future Airsoft events.
The KillHouse Airsoft Field tested over 375,000 Tsunami BB rounds in their rental guns at the field, and reported back absolutely no jams or mechanical malfunctions due to the new BBs. The Kill House also reports that they are now using Tsunami BB exclusively at their field and that their private label BBs will be Tsunami's.
That's a great start for this small company looking to make a dent in the Airsoft ammo market.
